1. Warranty Coverage
Warranty Period
Our products come with a one-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase (for self-pickup) or delivery confirmation, covering 365 days. This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship that cannot be resolved through firmware updates.
What’s Covered
- Free repair or replacement for non-user-caused defects within the warranty period.
- Issues stemming from manufacturing or material faults.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Consumable parts or accessories (e.g., batteries, cables).
- Activated system or software licenses.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents).
- Use of the product for purposes other than intended.
- Issues resolvable through provided OTA (Over-the-Air) updates.
- Products outside the warranty period.
2. Warranty Process
The following conditions must be met to initiate the warranty process:
- Provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Describe the product failure and phenomenon in detail
- If the product is within the warranty period and is approved for warranty, please return the defective product or accessories according to the instructions provided.
Our support team will evaluate your claim to confirm if it qualifies for warranty and reserves the right to deny warranty coverage for issues that do not comply with our policy.
3. Warranty Remedies
Upon approval of your warranty claim:
- BKHD will repair or replace the defective product at its sole discretion.
- You will be notified of the results of the inspection and the method of repair or replacement.
- All parts and labor costs for approved repairs or replacements will be borne by BKHD.
Shipping costs are apportioned as follows:
Return to After-Sales Department: Customer is responsible for shipping the product to BKHD.
Return to Customer Address: BKHD will pay for shipping to return the repaired or replaced product to you.
4. Warranty Limitations
- Non-Transferable: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Authorized Channels: The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly through BKHD official channels. We are not responsible for additional promises made by distributors or other sales channels.
- Extended Warranty for Repairs: Repaired or replaced products are warranted for an additional 180 days from the date of repair or replacement.

Except as expressly stated in this policy, BKHD provides no other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless required by applicable law.
