How do I choose the right BKHD product for my project?
Choose by application first: firewall / routing, industrial automation, NAS storage, edge AI computing, IoT gateway, or rackmount deployment. Then compare CPU platform, network ports, storage interfaces, expansion requirements, operating system, and enclosure size.
Where can I find BIOS, drivers, manuals, and datasheets?
You can use the Firmware Download Center or contact our support team with your product model. Please include the exact model name, PCB version, or product label photo when requesting BIOS or driver files.
Which operating systems are supported?
Many BKHD platforms can support Windows and common Linux distributions. Some network and NAS platforms may also be used with pfSense, OPNsense, Proxmox, TrueNAS, or other project-specific systems depending on hardware configuration and driver compatibility.
What should I check if the system does not boot?
Please verify the power adapter, memory, storage device, display cable, BIOS settings, and boot media. If the issue remains, contact support with the product model, memory model, storage model, power adapter specifications, and a short video or photos of the boot behavior.
What should I do before updating BIOS?
Confirm the exact product model and BIOS version before updating. Do not use BIOS files from similar-looking models. If you are unsure, contact BKHD support before flashing BIOS to avoid compatibility issues.
How do I request technical support?
