We provide comprehensive power solutions:

  • The product is designed with global power adapters in mind
  • When purchasing a complete device (not including motherboards and parts only), a power adapter for the appropriate region is included

We provide a convenient way to get accessories:

  • It is recommended that you contact the sales staff to prepare the required accessories in advance before purchasing, which can greatly reduce transportation costs and time
  • You can also find the required accessories on the product page and purchase them directly
How to enter BIOS?

Please follow the steps below to enter BIOS:

  1. Make sure the device is properly connected to power, memory and wired keyboard
  2. Start the device
  3. Press the “Delete” key continuously during the boot process

When the device cannot start:

  1. Please refer to our “Quick Troubleshooting” page to troubleshoot common problems
  2. If these methods cannot solve the problem, please contact the sales staff or send an email to technical support: support@bkipc.com

About BIOS update:

  • All devices are tested and flashed with the latest firmware before delivery
  • No need to update BIOS when the system is stable
  • To fix known faults, you can update BIOS

Update steps:

  • Confirm the motherboard model and find the corresponding firmware in the document list
  • Confirm your BIOS file with our technical support
  • Check here for tutorials on updating BIOS

This problem usually occurs when the network card driver is not pre-loaded in the installed operating system

  • Download our 2.5G universal network card driver package from here
    Or download the firmware from Intel official to install the network card driver
  • After the network card driver is completed, you can install the remaining hardware drivers through system updates
What are the packaging dimensions?

We design safe, reliable and recyclable carton packaging according to different products, which not only saves transportation costs but also conforms to the concept of sustainable development. For specific dimensions, please check the specifications on each product page.

We support customized internal and external packaging and a variety of packaging options. For detailed quantity requirements and costs, please contact the sales staff.

Battery shipping policies in different countries/regions:

  • If your country or region allows battery shipping, our products will include a battery
  • For shipping methods that do not include batteries, you need to prepare the motherboard CMOS battery yourself

The battery model is CR2032 (usually available in local electronics stores or supermarkets)

Shipping and transportation time:

  • In-stock items: For less than 20 units, we prepare and deliver to the carrier within 3 business days. With our shipping methods, delivery to most countries takes about 2 weeks.
  • Custom products or special regions may require additional time.
Who will bear the customs clearance costs?

Customs clearance fee description:

Paying customs duties and value-added tax is the obligation of every citizen and the basis for ensuring trade security. We provide clear transaction vouchers to facilitate customs clearance, and the customs clearance costs need to be borne by the buyer.

Shipping cost options:

  • You can use a shipping agent located in mainland China to enjoy free shipping.
  • Or choose our shipping service, we offer preferential shipping costs based on different countries/regions. Save at least 30% compared to shipping by yourself.

According to our after-sales and protection policy:

  • 1 year of free repair or replacement service
  • 2 years of free labor cost repair (if parts need to be replaced, only the cost of the parts needs to be paid), and an additional 6 months of warranty after the parts are replaced
