Driver Download Center

Get your BKHD system online first, then let your operating system install most standard device drivers automatically. Download a dedicated driver only when it is needed.

Recommended first step

Connect through Ethernet

After the system is connected to the internet by Ethernet, most required drivers can be installed through your operating system’s normal update service. This is the recommended first step for Windows and Linux systems.

  1. Connect a network cableConnect an active Ethernet cable from the device to your router, switch, or network wall port.
  2. Update your operating systemWindows: open Settings → Windows Update and install all available updates, including optional driver updates.
  3. Refresh Linux packagesUbuntu / Debian: run sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade, then restart if the system requests it. Most common drivers are included through the Linux kernel and package updates.
Still offline? If the Ethernet adapter is not detected or cannot connect, download the Intel I226-V Ethernet driver below from Intel’s official website. For Linux, first make sure you are using a current distribution release and kernel.
