Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs inspections, unpaid duties, weather, war, strikes, political factors, force majeure, etc.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:
  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition and include the original packaging, warranty card, included accessories and gifts, etc.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Non-returnable items include customized items, marked promotional products, and items that have exceeded the return period or warranty period.
